We bought a home that was built in the 80’s – it had been rehabbed, but our kitchen and dining were divided by an entrance (on the right)- Everything felt very small and compact- and we have a large family, when everyone comes.  I also wanted to see outside! In order to accomplish the mission, we had to keep the load bearing walls so we decided to we keep an entry area on the inside. It opened up our space for our family events and now we have a great view of our front courtyard!  Pictures aren’t the best, but you can still see the change!
